OUR OBLIGATIONS

You agree:
That any information provided by you will be correct, current and complete; and confirm that you are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use on the site; to notify us immediately of any changes to any information you have submitted to the site; and to be available to take delivery of any products ordered by you from the site.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Each product is sold subject to its individual product description which may set out additional specific terms and conditions related to that product including without limitation terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times. Malcolm’s Van Accessories does not accept responsibility for inaccurate content and/or safety instructions, which are included on any products supplied. 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Any order made by you shall be deemed to constitute an offer to purchase. No contract shall exist between you and Malcolm’s Van Accessories for the sale of any product unless and until Malcolm’s Van Accessories accepts your order by email. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and shall be deemed to be effectively communicated to you at the time Malcolm’s Van Accessories sends the email to you (whether you receive that email or not).

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, Malcolm’s Van Accessories cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. Malcolm’s Van Accessories reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any good or service listed on this site at any time without notice. Promotional offers listed on the website may not always be available at Malcolm’s Van Accessories store. Malcolm’s Van Accessories cannot confirm the price or availability of a product until your order is received. Our goal is to maintain a completely accurate site. If pricing or other errors are discovered, we will promptly correct them, and the amended provision will apply. Malcolm’s Van Accessories reserves the right to change or amend prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in € euro and are valid in the Republic of Ireland only. They do not include delivery charges. These will be notified to you and applied after you select your shipping method. Malcolm’s Van Accessories uses Shopify Payment to securely transmit your Credit Card information to our Merchant Acquirer. Customer Credit Card Information is not stored by Malcolm’s Van Accessories on our servers.

DELIVERY

When an item(s) is in stock, and ordered before 1pm, Malcolm’s Van Accessories will endeavour to have your product delivered the next working day. When the item(s) is in stock, and ordered after 1pm, the product will be dispatched the following day. When item is out of stock, it will be ordered from the supplier within next 3 working days, and once in stock it will be dispatched under the same conditions listed above. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for delivery from outside the Republic of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.

While Malcolm’s Van Accessories will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, delivery between these time frames cannot be guaranteed and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the estimated delivery time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you have bought an item(s) online at vanaccessories.ie and would like to return it,

• 1. You can return your item(s) to our store in Rathcoole with your actual ‘Receipt’ and ‘Credit/Debit Card’ used. You must have these items for a refund.
• 2. Alternatively, if you received your online delivery from an external parcel delivery company, you can contact our sales team at malcolmsvanaccessories@gmail.com and arrange return of the goods.

 

Malcolm’s Van Accessories are happy to accept any ‘online product’ return if it is in its original condition and packaging is re-saleable within 30 days of purchase. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is because of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it can’t be repaired, you may be offered a replacement and if it can’t be replaced you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.

WEBSITE: CONDUCT

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the website are the exclusive property of Malcolm’s Van Accessories. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Malcolm’s Van Accessories.
